Meet The Team

Founder

Andre Seltmann

With two decades of experience in hotel development and operations, my expertise spans various areas, including hotel pre-opening tasks, hotel management, project execution, FF&E and OS&E procurement and supply, fitout, MEP, and logistics. Before establishing Hotel Supply Middle East, I spent 8 years as the director of procurement at a prominent Dubai-based FF&E, OS&E, and fitout contractor.

In 2020, I co-founded The Outpost Al Barari brand, contributing significantly to brand concept development, budgeting, project coordination, construction management, procurement, logistics, and pre-opening and hotel operations. My role encompassed overseeing project development and pre-opening phases, ensuring adherence to required standards for the physical product.
